Founder’s Note
You don’t call us on an ordinary day. A step got taller. A hallway got longer. The familiar turned uncertain. We’re here for that moment—not just with equipment, but with dignity, kindness, and craftsmanship. We listen before we measure. We recommend what’s right, and make sure it fits. We keep our promises after the invoice, because access is more than a device—it’s living fully at home. We’re Liftologists. We lift people—physically, emotionally, and personally.
CEO: David Pazgan

David Pazgan — Founder & CEO, Liftology
David Pazgan is a recognized pioneer in the mobility and accessibility industry. As the original co-founder of the first national mobility franchise, he helped grow the company from a single location into the nation’s largest mobility and accessibility franchise, with more than 100 locations and over $100 million in system-wide revenue.
With Liftology, David is bringing that same entrepreneurial spirit and deep industry knowledge to a new generation of franchising. His mission is simple: to help families stay safely and comfortably in the homes they love by making accessibility solutions—like stairlifts, wheelchair ramps, and home modifications—more widely available through a trusted national brand.
Over the past two decades, David has worked closely with manufacturers, franchise owners, and thousands of families, giving him unique insight into what it takes to build both successful businesses and exceptional customer experiences. His leadership style blends strategic growth with an unwavering focus on people: franchise partners, employees, and the customers they serve.
Beyond Liftology, David is also a mentor and advisor to emerging franchisors, sharing his experience in scaling businesses and building strong franchise systems.

Gordon Raney — Founder & Director of Franchisee Development
Gordon Raney began in the mobility industry in 2012 as an early franchisee of what became the largest mobility franchise system in the United States. Along with his wife Jennifer, Gordon started and operated a multi-state, multi-office territory and became one of the largest owners in the national franchise system.
Gordon’s initial introduction to the mobility industry was born out of frustration and lack of guidance available when he himself needed accessibility equipment for an injured loved one. Seeing the unmet demand for quality mobility dealers, Gordon decided a career change was needed.
There is not a single aspect of a mobility franchise that Gordon has not performed personally. Starting with product installations and sales in the early years, Gordon understands firsthand how a business is built from the ground up, and the unique challenges our customers face. Along with successful growth and expansion of his own business, Gordon also assisted the leadership of the franchise system through his role as Franchise Council President.
Always a strong advocate for his fellow business owners and the clients they serve, Gordon worked hand in hand with Dave Pazgan to guide the entire franchise system to new opportunities and industry achievements.
In his new role as Director of Franchisee Development, Gordon hopes to continue to build strong dealers and assist them in their pursuit of providing excellent customer interactions. This work is personally meaningful to Gordon and his excitement for the industry has never been stronger.

Jennifer Raney — Founder & Director of Franchisee Support
Jennifer brings more than a decade of experience in the mobility industry as a successful owner-operator, having built one of the nation’s largest mobility franchise operations alongside her husband, Gordon.
Jennifer has returned to the industry she loves as part of the Liftology leadership team, driven by her passion for serving people with mobility challenges and veterans. That passion has become even more personal in recent years—after a close family member was left paraplegic following an accident, she gained a deeper understanding of the positive impact mobility solutions can have on quality of life and independence.
Although Jennifer holds a degree in finance and accounting, most of her career has been focused on sales, marketing, and operations. She spent several years in professional services, where she developed a strong “client first” approach that continues to guide her work today.
In her role, Jennifer partners with Franchise Owners to deliver sales and operations support, manages supplier and vendor relationships, and serves as a franchise business coach. She brings real world experience and knows what it takes to own, operate, and scale a mobility franchise business. Jennifer also brings extensive experience working with government agencies, hospitals, and commercial clients in the industry, and looks forward to helping franchisees build those relationships in their own markets.

Dena Landers — Vice President of Operations
Dena Landers is a startup-seasoned franchise operator who builds and runs internal systems at scale. As Liftology’s Vice President of Operations—and the leadership team’s Integrator—she turns strategy into day-to-day execution, setting the operating rhythm that keeps headquarters and the field moving in sync. Her work centers on three pillars: bringing new owners on board smoothly, keeping internal communications clear and consistent, and ensuring the franchise systems that power the business are dependable and easy to use.
With a background spanning high-growth startups and franchising, Dena focuses on structure without complexity: clean processes, clear roles, and simple tools that support the full lifecycle from first contact to install and ongoing service. She establishes the cadence for how information flows—updates, change notices, and a single source of truth—so owners always know what’s expected, where to find it, and how to act on it. She also guides selection and alignment of core platforms, driving adoption and accountability so data, workflows, and teams connect seamlessly.
Over onboarding specifically, Dena leads the pathway from agreement to launch, coordinating training, standards, and support so franchisees ramp with confidence and consistency. Her approach is practical and people-first: equip the team, clarify the plan, and remove friction. The result is a reliable operating system for Liftology—one that scales, sustains quality, and keeps the focus on serving families well.
